The Kids in Green for St Patrick’s Day

We just LOVE the holidays around here and tend to go a little bit overboard .. St. Patrick’s day was no exception! The kids had a blast looking for all of the silly things the Leprechauns did to our house! They turned the water in our flowers green, put all of the toys in the kids rooms upside down, stacked the trains, and they even left some green surprises hidden around the house for Abby and Miles. Of course everybody wore green so that’s what the pictures above are all about :) Please excuse the crappier than normal quality of my pictures, my digital camera bit the dust so I’ve been playing around with my flip, and these are stills from videos I took yesterday.
Be sure to stop by 5 Minutes For Mom for more Wordless Wednesday, and Seven Clown Circus for more Wordful Wednesday participants!

Cute! Sounds like you had a very nice day. Our St. Patrick’s Day tradition includes a baked potato soup, but it was unusually warm here, so soup just didn’t seem right, and it was too warm to heat up the oven to make the usual Irish Soda Bread.

I miss Thomas the Tank Engine. Tho I always thought he was a wimp, I’m more of a James or Percy fan.
And no one did the narration better than George Carlin.
